Professional Indemnity Insurance

Professional Indemnity Insurance is designed for people who provide professional advice for a living, including accountants, marketing consultants and medical professionals. It protects you, your employees and your business against claims arising from alleged errors and omissions in carrying out your professional duty, such as:

  • when a third party, usually a client, alleges that your professional advice, design or service is negligent and caused them loss – the loss can be bodily injury, property damage or financial loss.
  • from a breach of the duty that you owe as a professional or an expert.
  • as a Civil Liability from the conduct of your professional services.

Management Liability Insurance

Management Liability Insurance protects a business and individuals from the financial exposures relating to running a company.  Cover can include:

Cyber Liability Insurance provides cover for your business should you suffer a loss resulting out of the “hacking” of your electronic data or software within your computer network as well as providing Liability for events such as the spreading of a virus or malicious code.
